Raised at Infinity Blue's Desert Springs farm in Arizona, in pristine spring water drawn from an ancient aquifer, the barramundi is grown with gentle fish handling practices, premium feed and sustainable farming techniques. This approach paired with their extremely short supply chain practices enable them to deliver America’s premium barramundi to which we condition and elevate by dry aging.

Dry Aged Barramundi is a mild and buttery white fish that's easy to cook on the grill. With it’s crunchy skin and minimal bones, it’s perfect for grilling whole. Each 4lb increment consists of EIGHT ( 8 ) individually portioned Dry Aged Barramundi fillets, approximately 8 oz. each
