All of our fish is cut to order. Please include specific weights and cutting instructions to minimize correspondence.

To ensure order accuracy, we do not take phone orders.

Orders make after 4:00 PM PT may not be answered until the next business day.

After receiving and reviewing your submission, we will send you an email confirmation and let you know if we have any questions. Following confirmation, you will receive an invoice via e-mail confirming that your order is ready for pickup. The email will include an option to pay online.

All orders require payment before they are released.
