Our famously delicious Smokey Fish, micro batch smoked in-house at our Sherman Oaks shop. It has been a local favorite since 2014! Each batch is hand cut and carefully dry brined to follow tradition, then delicately hot smoked with a blend of cherry wood and hickory to ensure each piece is perfect.

Hot Smoked Scottish Salmon
No artificial preservatives added. Only Salt, Sugar, and Smoke.

Each 5lb increment will include approximately:
~2 lbs Lean Cut Fillet (Tender and dense)
~2 lbs Fatty Cut Belly (Rich and melty)
4 Pieces Fish Collar (The chicken wing of the fish)
Vacuum packed in 1 pound increments to retain freshness.
