Our famously delicious Smokey Fish, micro batch smoked in-house at our Sherman Oaks shop. It has been a local favorite since 2014! Each batch is hand cut and carefully dry brined to follow tradition, then delicately hot smoked with a blend of cherry wood and hickory to ensure each piece is perfect.

No artificial preservatives added. Only Salt, Sugar, and Smoke.

Each 5lb increment will include approximately:
2 lbs Lean Cut Fillet (Tender and dense)
2 lbs Fatty Cut Belly (Rich and melty)
4 Pieces Fish Collar (The chicken wing of the fish)
Vacuum packed in 1/2 pound increments to retain freshness.
